The length of the lectures will be 45 minutes for plenary lectures and 20 minutes for oral presentations during the technical session. Poster space will be limited to 80 cm by 120 cm for each poster. Plenary lectures will be by invitation only. The Organizing Committee will endeavor to fit all those who request for oral presentations. The deadline for submission of Abstracts is June 30, 2009. Consequently you can avoid possible inconvenience at the registration desk by registering in advance. The e-mail address is Prof Dibungi copied to jmidiwo@uonbi.ac.ke .
